Hugo has 30+ years on successful “hands on” business experience in various industries in areas related to operations, sales and marketing (accelerated growth and market share), finance, HR, acquisitions and company restructuring, and brand management. With a thorough understanding of the special relationships within a manufacturer and dealer partnership, Hugo has 10+ years directly involved in executive management in the construction equipment business as President and CEO of Toromont Industries (CAT dealer for Ontario, Manitoba, Newfoundland, Labrador, and Nunavut)
Matt has 22+ years of senior sales and operations leader experience within the equipment business representing Caterpillar, Volvo, Hitachi, and Metso. Having deep product and customer knowledge with a concentration in the Toronto and Barrie trading areas, Matt has direct involvement in sales, sales management, marketing, service and operations. A former VP Central Region, Toromont CAT (includes GTA, Barrie, and beyond), and founder of DeWitt Equipment, Matt has remained active in the GTA and Barrie construction equipment industry.
Kai has 8+ years experience in strategy and management consulting throughout the GTA, Canada and the US focused on business growth strategy, business efficiency improvement, marketing, infrastructure and CRM improvement, mergers, acquisitions and merger integration. Following a career in global corporate and M&A strategy at Accenture, Kai is excited to bring some new age, cross-industry thinking to one of Canada’s largest Bobcat Dealerships.
